1. Services & Orders

• Order Fulfillment: We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services and orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability or delivery route issues).

• "No Substitution" Policy: To maintain our price point and quality standards, all Mixed Boxes (Mini, Small, Large) are sold "as-is." We cannot accommodate requests for substitutions or specific item removals within these curated boxes.

• Payments: All financial transactions are processed securely. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

2. Delivery & Liability

• Delivery Windows: While we strive for punctuality, delivery times are estimates. Fresh4U is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen logistics issues.

• Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of fresh produce, customers are responsible for retrieving boxes promptly upon delivery. Fresh4U is not responsible for theft or spoilage if a box is left unattended after the delivery has been completed.

• Information Accuracy: We aim for 100% accuracy, but we are not liable for typographical errors regarding pricing, product descriptions, or nutritional information.

3. Customer Expectations & Conduct

• User Behavior: We maintain a professional and positive community. Any unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, or spamming on our social media pages or website may result in a permanent ban and the disabling of user accounts.

• Account Termination: Fresh4U reserves the right to disable any user account or refuse service to customers who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Content Ownership: All content on this website—including logos, images, recipe text, and branding—is the property of Fresh4U.

• Usage Rules: You may share our content for non-commercial, personal use (e.g., sharing a recipe on social media) provided that Fresh4U is clearly attributed. Commercial use or adaptation of our brand assets without written consent is strictly prohibited.
